AMC Rules & Regulations

1. Each AMC is valid for 12 months from the start date stated on the customer's AMC certificate.
2. The plan applies to the washing machine identified and registered at the time of AMC purchase. Eligibility is subject to inspection and acceptance by Qicket.
3. Preventive service visits are limited to the number specified in the selected plan. Scheduling is subject to appointment availability and service-area coverage.
4. Breakdown visits are available only in Standard and Premium plans, up to the stated limits. They are subject to the plan's eligibility conditions and inspection.
5. Included repair labour applies only to eligible repairs covered by the written AMC terms. Obtain confirmation from Qicket before repair work starts.
6. Spare-parts discounts apply to eligible parts only. Standard provides 25% off up to ₹750 in total discount per AMC year. Premium provides 50% off up to ₹1,500 in total discount per AMC year.
7. Basic Care provides a 10% labour discount on eligible repairs. It does not include the breakdown-visit or included-repair-labour benefits listed in the higher plans.
8. The free descaling powder is available on the first AMC purchase under Standard or Premium Care only, subject to the stated offer terms.
9. Premium's priority service benefit is one priority service visit. Priority means preferential scheduling, not a guaranteed same-day appointment.
10. Report any existing machine faults during the initial inspection. Pre-existing faults, major component replacement, misuse, physical damage and other exclusions must be assessed under the written AMC agreement before coverage is confirmed.
11. Unused visits, discounts and benefits do not carry forward beyond the AMC validity period unless Qicket confirms otherwise in writing.
12. All benefits, exclusions, applicable charges and repair approvals should be recorded in the AMC certificate or agreement provided to the customer.
